To be eligible for a replacement or refund, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase, supplying your name and order number is sufficient.  

Need to do a return?

  • Firstly, please drop an email to hello@peanutapparel.co.uk to confirm the return or exchange 
  • Once confirmed, please return the item(s) to the address below (we advise sending in a flat box or large letter parcel where possible, it'll make your returns cost cheaper for you & will be handled by our returns team quicker)

You must include a note with the original order number and name, fail to do so may mean we are not be able to replace or refund the item(s).
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.  ​Personalised products are not eligible for return unless faulty. 
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the parcel arriving.
Once we have received and inspected the package we will notify you if the  refund has been approved, and if so, we will process the refunded directly to your payment card. 
 
Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to us).
